We recommend booking your session 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons. You can also check our calendar for any last-minute openings.

Your session is confirmed once we receive your deposit payment and you receive a confirmation email from us.

No. A fixed deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance is due by the session date.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking. The terms are as follows: 15+ days in advance: full refund 7–14 days: 50% refund or one-time free reschedule 3–6 days: Reschedule with 50% rebooking fee Less than 3 days: No refund or reschedule.

All requests must be submitted in writing to contact@opuslumiere.com and must be sent from the email address used during booking.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

We offer three types: Studio Sessions Outdoor Sessions At Home Sessions

Sessions can be booked for durations ranging from 1 to 4 hours, depending on your needs. The cost will vary based on the length of the session.

We don't provide outfits as part of our standard service. Wearing your own clothes ensures the photos reflect your personal style and comfort. Feel free to bring your favorite outfits. We also offer a selection of curated props for studio or at-home sessions. If you need help with wardrobe or sourcing dresses, please contact us in advance.

Please ensure the space is clean, safe, and well-lit. Remove any clutter and allow room for movement and equipment if needed.

You will receive your edited photos digitally within 4 weeks of your session.

After your session, you'll receive an email with a download link to access your digital images.

Photos are for personal use only. You may share them with friends, family, or on personal social media. Commercial use is not permitted without prior written consent.

Opus Lumiere retains full copyright to all photographs taken.

We may use selected images for promotional purposes (e.g. portfolio, website, or social media). You may request in writing that specific images not be used publicly, and such requests will be respected where reasonable.
